Lenox Healthcare is a specialized provider of long-term acute care, post-acute rehabilitation, home transition care and respite care services. Now requires Candidates for the post of Registered Nurses – Home Care (Female).
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or equivalent qualifications with not less than 3 years study duration from an accredited program. With a valid BLS license.
License Health Authority License as Registered Nurse.
Preferred Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in a community setting and home environment.
Must be experienced in NGT's, PEG tube feeding, Tracheostomy care and suctioning, transfers and etc..
Experienced in caring for Geriatrics/elderly care.
Experienced in caring for people with disabilities.
Experienced in caring for Adults and paediatrics with life limiting conditions.
Experienced in caring for patient with chronic illness such as cardiac failure, respiratory failure, renal failure or diabetes.
Flexible and will be able to apply first-aid to the patient if needed.
Purpose of the Role: Responsible for providing safe, effective, evidence based & comprehensive nursing care as part of the multidisciplinary team within the community and home environment.
